Communication Protocol & Meeting Links
(TL; DR: No emails. Use the portal only.)
Our written communication takes place exclusively via this portal.
When I initiate communication, it will almost always be a message (it arrives on your phone as a text.) On occasion, I'll initiate a request instead; you'll receive an email if I do this.
Although I do send a handful of emails throughout your project, the subject clearly states DO NOT REPLY. Please use the methods above, not email or file-share, to communicate with me. This includes returning forms and feedback: you'll upload them to the corresponding task in your portal rather than email them to me.
If you want to meet with me outside of milestone meetings (e.g., the editing session), please do the following:
- When you text me at (720) 515-9853, I receive a message on my side of the portal.
- You can also submit requests (for queries longer than a sentence or two) and add comments to your project tasks.
- My response time is 1 to 2 business days, although I do try to answer same day.
- If you email me despite the protocol laid out above, I will not answer it. If I see it, I'll message you or create a request.

If you want to meet with me outside of milestone meetings (e.g., the editing session), please do the following:
- Open a request that tells me what your question is or what you'd like to discuss. Within the request, make sure that you tell me that you're scheduling a meeting.
- Visit this 'ad hoc meeting' link to schedule your meeting.
- Note: milestone-related meetings (strategic interviews, editing sessions, coaching, and wrap-up meetings) each have their own calendars -- please, don't use the ad hoc calendar for milestone-related meetings.
